120 g unsalted butter
280 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 g chocolate lentils
1 sachet vanilla sugar
250 ml milk
160 g sugar
12 paper cups
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the paper cups in the muffin tray.
Melt the butter in a small pot and let it cool down.
Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl.
Cream the eggs and vanilla sugar with the hand mixer.
Now mix the flour mixture, milk, sugar and the liquid butter together. Finally, stir in the chocolate lentils and spread the dough evenly in the muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
After baking, take the slightly cooled muffins out of the tin and let them cool down on a cooling rack.
