Is there any cuttings left over from the last willow or fruit tree trimming and you do not know what to do with them? No problem. Pick out the straightest branches and remove any leaves and smaller branches still hanging on them. The branches can have different diameters. Take a wood saw, such as a foxtail, and cut different sized pieces straight off the branch. Once everything has been cut into the desired quantity and shape, sand the branch pieces with a sanding block and sandpaper at the cut edges and round off the corners.
The self-created tree stones are now ready and waiting for your child to have lots of fun.
